    Showers, breathing is the most important thing you can do… LOL. No seriously, anxiety can be calmed by sitting quietly and taking in deep breaths. Anger and frustration can be subsided in the same way. Feel the air enter your body and know that with every breath your feeding your mind, body, limbs, and spirit. Worry and concern about life can be managed better as well. So yes, you’re doing fine… and keep breathing.
